The Changing Scenario: Covid-19 At the outbreak of the corona pandemic, subsequent lockdown has made the major life come to a standstill. Thus when major economic activities came to a halt..it created a tougher situation for smaller and bigger businesses, especially retail, real estate, Multiplexes, restaurant, travel, transport to name few are hit badly and crumpled. Now as we resumed activities amidst the unlock with ongoing Pandemic, still the normalcy is not restored and will be much difficult with the fear of the spread of Pandemic. This is going to be an apparent situation with incurring losses business units survivals at stake, most of them have given a clear indication of massive layoffs. and it's happening across the sectors due to which unemployment will rise and will lead to social-economic unrest. Here encouraging Entrepreneurs and startups will help to generate jobs and uplift Market. We need to look at our students at home, as educational institutions are closed due to Covid-19, the larger picture is ensuing learning to our students through digital classroom over school colleges will be pivotal to overcome this disruption. We need to reorient our student community to get used to digital-based learning, and from now smartphone will be more than entertainment, will be used as a learning interface and this will change the face of education in our country...Even, teachers and professors will impart teaching online, and will connect with students effectively in the course of time. This will change the entire face of the education system in the country with online education. We will be moving our existing teaching towards digital schools and universities. There will be more of skilled based trainings started for youths for getting employment and move towards entrepreneurship.The big companies like TCS and big institutions like Iim's IIT's are offering free courses. Here even if the lockdown got over in major states in isolation, the crisis is not yet over, till we get a vaccination or treatment of this contagious ailment. If we still, want to overcome the circumstances, we need to learn to live with it. Here social distancing will be a way of life and wearing masks will be like wearing shoes, sanitization will be part of our lives too. Here the challenges are public places, were, we can impose social distancing, but the way it’s maintained at the queue for liquor was not ideal as it broke all norms of social distancing. At this time, where major companies announced work from home as far as possible, the sectors those are into customer service in physical space, need to find unique ways to reach customers either through digital space and providing home delivery as far possible, even several companies, have started doing it, now the focus to tweak the modus operandi, from counter selling to provide customers service at doorsteps. Here, it's key to provide, training to employees to reorient themselves to manage the changing environment. Skill up-gradation is key for survival at this moment,but the question is from themselves, how many of us can afford this, as companies support employees to upgrade will empower them to meet the expectations. Here we found some retailers, they found a unique way to set up mini-stores in large societies and reaching to customers near home for their convenience of shopping. Omni channel will be way of life going forward , to look for possibilities to reach customers. There will be a paradigm shift in our approach and thinking, we will and we need to start living with the current situation, with more focus on social distancing, wearing masks, sanitization, avoiding gatherings, from demand-based will be moving to need base, and we have off course come a level down in need hierarchy pyramid. It will be normalized as we move upward with the normalcy of lives and motivates human towards scaling up with the fulfillment of basic and safety needs. The announced economic package of 20 Lacs crores should help revival. It should enable self-reliant India as mentioned by Prime Minister the way ahead. We can foresee the focus on local product's and indigenous technology will enable higher GDP growth, as we will depend more on export than imports and improve our balance of trade. As citizens, we should promote more Swadeshi ( goods made in our own country) and it will give new dimension to our economy. As our companies will focus more on research and development to develop a higher quality of products and cost-efficient to compete with the global market, in the longer run, will more multi and transnational companies from our country in the international arena. At this moment, we may have shaken up with this crisis that won't stop us, being a nation of great resilience to fight back. We will instill positivity, creativity, and innovation within us to add values to our own and others lives. We will be more evolved and grow greater heights towards our development as economic activities will speed up in new orientation. We need to take care of today in a way, our tomorrow will be taken care of itself. We will realize our dream to bring back prosperity across all sections of society towards our path to success and accomplishments. Godspeed
