The Changing Scenario: Covid-19 At the outbreak of the corona pandemic, subsequent lockdown has made the major life come to a standstill. Thus when major economic activities came to a halt..it created a tougher situation for smaller and bigger businesses, especially retail, real estate, Multiplexes, restaurant, travel, transport to name few are hit badly and crumpled. Now as we resumed activities amidst the unlock with ongoing Pandemic, still the normalcy is not restored and will be much difficult with the fear of the spread of Pandemic. This is going to be an apparent situation with incurring losses business units survivals at stake, most of them have given a clear indication of massive layoffs. and it's happening across the sectors due to which unemployment will rise and will lead to social-economic unrest.    At this unprecedented time, every section of society has its set of concerns and apprehensions. Somewhere, concern is about fear of life, losing job, financial insecurities, instability of market,economic downturn and all concerns on impact of Covid-19.If we really introspect in country like ours with such social disparity and poverty, the concern beyond all these are hunger and starvation. In this time of crisis, we are at home with our families and managing our lives. Just for a moment, think about those who meet their ends as daily wage earners and don’t have any alternate source of income. Despite of all contribution from Government and the civic society , still it’s a herculean task to reach everyone in a vastly populated country like ours. Sometime, our little steps enable those, volunteers who come forward and help the poor and needy. This is a testing time for all of us. We need to stay calm and believe in optimism. The situation is grim , as developed countries getting succumbed to this pandemic.We too being densely populated nation need to be more cautious. The steps taken by Government are much appreciated with proactive move of complete lock down , which was much needed to stop and control the further spread and has been preempted properly.  At this moment need of the hour is safety of lives and being responsible follow lock down and social distancing religiously.As matter of fact,the socio-economic impact of the crisis is severe .In particular it's going to lead to job losses and has broke down the spirit of the market , it will take several months to reinstate to normalcy and recover our financial losses,but as rightly said, we can always come back and it's far better than loss of lives which we can't get back.  At this moment ,it's encouraging to see , our fellow countrymen coming togeth...
